FilmG - MG ALBA's Gaelic Media Shorts Competition

MG ALBA launched FilmG in 2008 with the aim of uncovering new talent for development on the Gaelic digital channel, BBC ALBA. FilmG received entries from throughout Scotland and as far as Canada and the United States. Now that BBC ALBA is on air it is hoped that FilmG will attract even more entries this year and continue to encourage new talent towards opportunities in the Gaelic media industry.

FilmG is being managed by Cànan, the creative media, language resource and design company based at FÀS on the Isle of Skye.
